Mayor Patty Carson worked with Brittany and Kelly Livingston to design and implement the playground at the North Athletic Fields. The need for a playground for smaller children was recognized as parents and siblings participated in field games.  The playground is safely enjoyed by many families throughout the year. Funding for the project was made possible through Penny Sales Tax.
