Councilwoman Jennifer Williams has been a resident of the Town of North, South Carolina for over 30 years. Jennifer is a graduate of Southern Methodist College, Denmark Technical College, and Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College. Jennifer is the proud mother of two children, three grandchildren.  Jennifer has chosen Opportunity Zone as her Council project.
